The PrimeSite Rhine Region prefers to work with reliable local partners. The town of Euskirchen, the municipality of Weilerswist and the district of Euskirchen actively support the development of the PrimeSite Rhine Region and have established a joint municipal enterprise under the name of LEP-AöR. With the support of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia it purchases the required plots of land in the Euskirchen and Weilerswist area. This means that premises can then be offered to an investor from one source and without delay. The partners continue to focus on their tried and tested collaboration with NRW.URBAN.
